MY STORY

For as long as I can remember I have been building things, taking things apart to see how they work, trying to design a way to improve them. This passion manifested into an eye for design.

As a child, I would lose myself within the woodland which boarded a friends farm, spending nights in dens we had built from scrap materials. During summer we would work together as labourers on small building sites around the local village.

These experiences combined shaped not only where I am today but the person I want to become.

Academic and Professional Experience

Following my undergraduate education, I participated in my Part 1 placement within a Leeds based architecture firm. To date I continues to work within the same practice whilst also undertaking both my Part 2 education part time and my Part 3 qualification.

I undertook both my undergraduate (full-time) and postgraduate (part-time) education at Leeds Beckett University. Exploring architectural representation in various mediums and exploring the role nature has within the built environment.

PRACTICE BASE PORTFOLIO

6 years in architecture practice has seen me experience a wide range of projects within the residential sector. From bespoke wheelchair accessible bungalows and extra care schemes to affordable home and low rise apartments.
